I have been VERY bad this last week. I have not been meeting my minimum calories but mostly because it's the end of the month and groceries are scarce. I do have plans to hit the grocery store this evening. I have cut down my exercise to not over do it since I have not been taking in very many calories. I have started to jog/walk. I have been very proud of myself because I am able to run a little more and a little more each week. I run with my younger sister who is pregnant so we do have to take it a little slower and my kids ride their bikes with us (they get exhausted if they have to run). We do any where between 2-4 miles each day. I love the time I have with my sister and my kids. My youngest daughter is now riding her bike without training wheels and I am so proud. I do try to teach them that exercise is an important part of life so they will hopefully keep that feeling as they grow. I never say I am running to lose weight or so I can be skinny. I always say it is for my health and it helps me feel better if I have had a bad day or that it helps me get ready for a good nights sleep. My sister and I are able to talk about kids, men and life (great adult conversations). I am feeling better and better everyday. I without trying so hard have lost 2 pounds. I know that I need to increase my calories; I am really working on this!! I am truly getting better at this each month. Everyone has been so great to me with all the advise and tips. Thank you for being there for me! I appreacite everyone who has ever stopped by to read my blogs, those who leave comments and advise! I am so glad I found SP!!!
