I was doing so good all summer, regularly going to for walks and working out....then my sister came to visit!!! Her husband is Italian and the whole time they were here we ate lots of meat, bread, cheese and red wine!!! Luckily enough I didn't put on any weight but since then (for about three weeks) I have been stuck at the same weight no matter what I do! Eating less is not an option so it looks like I am going to have to get my butt in gear and push myself a little harder with the exercise!

    Plato's happen. I can stay at the same weight for a few weeks or more. sometimes just a little switching up with your work out routine helps because your body becomes accustomed to it and adjusts itself accordingly LOL. So every few months just change the way you do things. emoticon
