Wagon Broke

Not sure what happened to me, after a year and half of exercising all the time and eating right most of the time, the wagon broke and I feel off it. For some reason I could not get back on the wagon and continued to roll out of control for over a month.
I have not been to the gym. Besides an occasional walk at work and a leg lifts while I watch tv, I have done nothing. Well that is not exactly true, I have been eating, and eating. A lot of the $1menu at McDonald's. Not sure what happened or what snapped, but it was broken.
I am determined to fix the wagon and start driving the chuck wagon away from McDonald's and back to the gym.
Tomorrow morning I am getting out and taking a long walk.

    I am so proud of you for having the strength and courage to climb back up on the wagon. It is so easy to say "forget it, it's too hard"!

    Good for you! You may have to push the wagon for awhile, but once you get it rolling again you'll be able to hop back on and finish the ride. You'll make it! Just hang in there! =)
