My workout is done...WOOHOO!

Feelin really good today but a lil sore. Did 30 mins on the treadmill burned 235 cals. and then did this other machine that is like a stepper and ellipitical in one for 20 mins and burned 245 calories. Then i did my strength training on 10 different machines and on some felt strong enough to up my weights. Boy am I tired but it was so worth it...tomorrow is weigh in day...wish me luck! emoticon
