Four Month Mark

Four Month Update-
No changes this past month. Life has been very busy so even tho I didn't loose, I didn't really gain. Just the normal daily flux. I have gotten my water in every day, have gotten back to walking 4 miles per day, and started strength training... So that's a step in the right direction. I made fairly good food choices, so I didn't fall of the wagon and into carb land.

This next month I will try again to loose a few pounds. It's getting harder to stay motivated because I'm so close to my goal. I look OK, feel great, it's just the tiny tire still hanging on that I'd like to see go.

I have a suite I'd like to wear by next month. Let's see if I can get into it.
