I'm back on track

Woo Hoo - yesterday I walked on the treadmill 30 minutes, jumped on the trampoline for 5 (that is hard work!) and went for a short walk. I got in 6.5 glasses of water, but I still ate a chocolate bar (just a small one). I am happy with my improvement! I still stayed up too late - but overall - I had a much healthier day.
