Set Backs

The summer has been rough. Filled with vacation, family visits, and weekend get-a-ways. I have hit a plateau of 170 lbs. I've dropped as low as 168 and up to about 173. This is been a difficult time because I have really tried to "be good" simply to maintain. If I want to see my goal of 140 I am going to really dig down and buckle down. At this time I really feel like I need a buddy! Just someone to email once a week and compare notes on food and exercise. I will be starting school soon and I feel like this will actually help. When I'm working I do not obsess about food and tend to eat less. In closure "I am strong", "I am positive", " I can do this".
