OK - here is my report for yesterday - I did strength training for at least 20 minutes - maybe a little longer and I walked to and from work for some cardio so I got my goal of at least 30 minutes of exercise. I got my 5 glasses of water in - the last 2 quite late - but I did it. I didn't get to bed until about 12:30 - but it was close. I did eat a chocolate bar - but I didn't go over my calories. Baby steps once again - today I will go for similar goals.
