Fast Food = Fat Food, Part 2

There's a book that came out late last year, called "Eat This, Not That" which was quite interesting indeed. The whole premise is that restaurants may be hiding behind labels, but giving you more than you're expecting.
For example: meals advertised as "low fat" at one restaurant turned out to be pretty high in calories. Kind of negates why you may have ordered low fat to begin with!
Another was the enormous amount of sugar in foods that seem to be healthy at first glance. For example, do you really want to know how much sugar is in that fruit & yogurt smoothie...that turns out to be make with pureed fruit with HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) added?
