I have just started running over the last month. I started slow and added time each time. Last night I ran 2 miles in 20 minutes without walking!!! I was so proud of myself because I never thought I would ever use running as my main exercise. I could barely run down the street without getting out of breath....Look at me know!! I love to get out and just go. It is a great stress reliever and a break from the kids. I have three kids and do daycare for two other kids my days can get hectic...enough said.
