Before the rain....

Woke up and did not feel like going for a walk. The skies were threatening rain and I knew I had to get moving fast. The dog was sound asleep and it would have been so easy to skip it this morning. I didn't and it felt good....along with having a happy dog! Now if I can spend some time on the Total Gym, I'll be all set.
