Well just completed 4 mile walk and I did 45 min carido with weights, lower, upper and ab workout on the ball and with band. That worked up alot in me. I will try to put in a extra 30 min pilates tonight haven't yet decided but, I think I need to also I have to finish this 15 mile walking challenge this week I think I am going to push for 18 miles again because that 18 miles last week worked something on me. I did my measurements but, really not concering them because its TOM and when its TOM thats when you bloated up and dont want to be adding these measurements just yet also or my weight because tomorrow my weight in but, if my TOM is gone off I will concern getting on the scale just hoping that I didn't gain that 3 pounds back that I was so happy to have lost within less then a week. Other words I am just trying to hang in there on a day to day bases tried as hell was on the phone last night grrr I need to stop talking on the phone late at night and get some sleep.
