June 26, 2008 Power 90

I recently got a great deal on the Power 90 exercise videos. I found the first 4 CDs and the book for $18.00. This is a complete 90 day program and the videos had NOT even been opened. (on the internet these four CDs cost $60 plus $12.95 S&H) I started the program on Monday, June 23 and I can really feel the muscles. It feels Great!!!

I am hoping that I can follow the program every day for the full 90 days and break this plateau that I have been on for the last six months. Maybe all I need is a good change up from what I have been doing.

I also recently reset my calorie range and goal date. I had not done that is several months so maybe that is the reason for the plateau. At any rate, I am truly enjoying this incredible journey that I have been on for the last year and a half. Spark People has been an essential part of this journey. I could not have made it this far without all the great support!
