progress for 4 days

I have now begun. I found my husband and I a low fat low cholesterol diet on the spark page. We have begun eating more healthy foods. I have been drinking my 8 glasses of water a day, walking 10,000 steps a day and logging onto sparkpeople.com to get inspiration. Checking e-mai from all of you (thanks) and reading comments/articles. I sure hope when I weigh in for a week I've lost. I will stick with it anyway.
