Waking up earlier

So I've always wanted to get up about a half hour to an hour earlier than scheduled so I can get in some exercise before I have to go to work. Well, this morning I got my chance. My dog woke me up at around 4:45 and I finally got up around 5:00 (I usually get up at 5:30). I got to work out after getting a few things done that needed to get done. Let me tell you...I feel great! They're not kidding around when they say that working out first thing in the morning gives you the much needed energy to get through the day. It is now after 1:00 and I'm still going strong. And another good thing is I can add this morning's workout to this evening's workout and I'll have an even bigger result. Yep, I definitely need to make a habit of waking up earlier so I can get in some exercise before work. This is awesome!
