Wii Fit Fun

OH MY looks like my month was begun full blast. We recently got a Wii Fit and I'm playing everyday. The first day we just laughed at other family members so they tried to develop the skills to complete one round, now we are completing to get 4 stars on everything. I like the yoga moves and the ski slalom race. I've unlocked several other games and exercises but so far I've kinda found my favorites for now, so I'll get to those later, they will still be there. HAPPY Wii'ing to ALL.

Part 2
As far as using the Wii for a scale I'm not so sure how accurate it is. Have you ever lost 7 pounds overnight? Then gain 5 pounds the next night? Sounded kinds funny to me. But if that is the only draw back I can handle it.

I've been wearing my pedometer everywhere I go and averaging 5 miles a day, along with playing on the Wii about 30 minutes average a day. Trying to watch my food intake has been the hardest because after all that hard work I deserve something extra, DON'T I !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly I don't deserve it, I want it, I have to stop giving into the desire to eat extra just because I've worked extra.

I'm going to start blogging my high score on games from the Wii fit, so I can keep up with how I'm doing.
