5/4 = 45 min walk _3 miles
5/5 - 54- min. exercise (cardio blast)
5/6 - only 20 min. 5% incline today.(treadmill)
5/7 - 15 min. - walk/jog (1 mile)
5/8 - 54 min. Cardio Blast
5/9 - 45 min - Hip HOP dance and exercise
5/10- Team meet. 45 min. walk
5/11- Took day off
5/12 - walk and exercise - 60 min.
5/13 - treadmill -30 min. 5% incline
5/14- 75 min. Sparks exercise and walk
5/15 - 6o min of pampering. (spa) day of rest from exercise.
5/16-75 min total exercise treadmill 5% incline 25min.
5/17 - celebrated.(goal met)
1 year anniversary with Sparkpeople.
5/18- 30 walking - 3 miles.
5/19 - 20 min. treadmile 5% incline
5/20- bowling 3 games 246- 254- 202
5/21- various exercise and running 1 mile in 13 min.
5/22 - 30 min yoga, 30 min cardio

5/23 Family in for the Holiday. (Break)
5/26-45 min. walk 3 miles. Pushing two Toddlers.
