Day 6 of 18, reasonable and fun!

Just putting a placeholder post up. I was recording all day again and barely had 5 minutes to grab lunch. I'll be posting my real stats later. After all my philosophizing yesterday, a good short post is in order today. Off to run an errand, do a nice long workout, and then party time, woohoo!

Emotions/Mood: Totally great and fun Saturday at work, and thus ends the week.
Exercise: Normal workout, DDR and Maya core - 60 mins
Weight: 189.6 (I'm so bloated today from TOM, I know this will fall off in a day or 2)

EDIT: I'm really proud of how I ate today. I knew I was going to drink so I knew I had to eat reasonably, but lunch was all you can eat pizza brought in (I ate 2 slices and a salad) and then build your own chicken tacos and chips and guac (I had one serving of chips and guac and 2 tacos). It wasn't the healthiest day nutrient wise but when I can control myself like that (and I hadn't even had time to track it) it makes me feel like I CAN do this without adding up every little calorie in my head someday. I ate what I thought was reasonable, and stopped eating when I was done. Amazing!
