I worked out this week but not as intense as I had for the First two weeks. I feel good that I have continued, butknow I could have done better.

    sounds like we kinda had the same wk goin. i know i coulda done better too. guess we jus gotta stop, think about it, and cont. from this minute forward. not lata, not tomarrow, not try again next wk~right now. don't get me wrong~everyone needs time to slow down...jus try not to stop! you got it girl. keep work'n on it! time for me to catch up wit ya now.

    When you are just getting started on a fitness routine, or returning after an absence it is not how long, hard, or hard you do it, it is that you do it!! Keep up the good work!!! Never give up on you goals, everything you do contributes to them!!

    Keeping at it is good! If it's between taking it easier and not doing it, definitely take it easy. I try at least once a week to really push myself to my limits, and generally once a week I have a slightly easier workout. Good luck finding what works for you!
