Link to Allie's Interview on the Today Show: today.msnbc.msn.com/id/2

So inspirational to me, there are so many similarities between the two of us & I am so excited to see her win! Like Allie, I had an active childhood and a fierce competitor in swimming & running. At a very stressful time of my life, I began gaining 5-10 lbs. at a time, until I found that I was unhealthy & out of shape.

Seeing her rise above it & own the fact that she was to become the Biggest Loser, proves that anything can be possible. I believe "The Secret" was at work in her life, as I have heard her mention more than a few times about seeing herself as the BL... seeing the confetti fall all around her when they announced the winner.

I am very inspired!

Thanks so much for posting this link, I was unable to watch the Today show live and have now saved it to my Bookmarks so I can refer back to it when I'm feeling down.

It was just so awesome to see Ali win. Definitely inspires me to continue on my own journey. Thanks again.
