April 13-April 19

Changes this week:
-Got rid of some stuff on the report I didn't need anymore. I realize I eat a bit more fat on the weekends, but I eat usually less than I should on weekdays so it balances and simplifies the report.
-I think I've had 1 day in the last 2 months I didn't get my water, don't need to track it.
-Sodium eliminated. Someday I will find a way to conquer this, but until I prepare all my own food, I'll just do the best I can.
-Changed my BMR to reflect my new weight. I can't believe I lost over 50 calories per day :P

Goals for this week:
-Stay a calorie burner each day even if its just a little bit (let's try this again)
-Don't use my parents as an excuse to eat junk food
-Eat at least 5 fruits or veggies every day

General Mood/Notes = Ugh what a night. Oh well, it's a new day, and it will at least help me be so exhausted by the end of the day I go to sleep early for 7am work arrival tomorrow.

General Mood/Notes = Just a day, nothing notable, Maya killed my legs (like 150 squats).

General Mood/Notes = Looking forward to a light lunch and dinner and really good workout to combat the ick in my stomach.
Rating today = B, stomach sort of upset from all the grease yesterday
Weight= 193.6 (hopefully my workout today makes this go away, ugh)
