Today was a new day. I made it through yesterdays class.
This is what's schedule for today:
This morning 4:am- 3mile/walk 45 min - with Spouse.
POW(Power on Weights. 4:30 (definition in Mondys blog) hour class
HH (Hip Hop) burning calories- 5:30- 1 hour class
Shower than Steam room- 6 min. (till I get use to it.)
And water, water, water.
