Went to a new Gym today.

Hello everybody. We went to a new gym today. Summer is coming and I'm looking for something closer to home.
I tried out with my husband every piece of equipment that they had. I'm a little sore, but it was fun. Did I keep up with what I did, or how long, No. By the time my husband finish working me out, My body was screaming enough. I rode that bike and treadmill till I was winded. He said"Now honey deep breathes and we'll start the weight lifting. " I just look at him and moved to the next machine. But do you know what. I pushed my self today (well my Husband did) and it didn't kill me. I'm ready for the next level of execise. Altogether we spent 2 hrs in the Gym. Normally 30 to 45 minutes is my limit.

    Cool Beans! you and your husband working out together and I am sure you guys will find a middle ground at some point! (he'll see things your way) lol J/k I enjoy the gym i go to as well.

    Since I started going to the gym its made a big difference in how I feel. You will see that as you keep doing it. Does your gym have water classes? Thats what helps me the most. Enjoy!
