One hour was worth it!

I did 60 straight minutes on the treadmill this morning at the Y.
After that I hopped off, did a few of the circuit machines then
did a slower (3.5 mph) 10 minutes on the treadmill.
I feel great now!

Tomorrow I am going to try a step class at the Y. I am rather
uncoordinated so I hope it goes ok!
