Dear Me,
Okay, it's time to get back on track. You've stayed the same for too many weeks by staying on plan during the week and splurging on weekends. While it's great to maintain, it's not yet time to maintain!!!
I commit to staying on plan EVERY DAY.
I commit to meeting my excercise goals EVERY WEEK.
