Back at it - no excuses!

Spring has sprung, but around here, the sun is a sought-after gem. We got some much-needed time at the beach today & basked in its rays while we could.
A day off & time to unwind from a long family visit - I am now rested & ready to get back on my routine. My cold, which lasted 6 days, had me ragged. I am feeling much better now & on the mend!
I have a date with Turbo Jam tomorrow evening & have scheduled workouts for the rest of the week (thought I would start my week with my favorite ones.)
I found my old Weight Watchers materials & started reading the entry manual. There really is some good information in there that I forgot.
For example, for my height, my BMI ranges from 134-140, the minimum 120 (my normal weight) and 150 - Maximum.
I would be happy to shoot for the max and go from there... it's real & I need to continue to remind myself that.
