Here I go again, NOT on my own

oh wow, how time has passed! Welp, I had dropped my diet and exercise but had maintained my weight. The good news is, I'm back on the horse and with a team this time! My mother and aunt have joined my cause and dammit, we're going for it!!! I go to the gym for about two hours a day, so I'm definatley getting in my exercise! lol. I'm not drinking any soda, only crystal light, water, and diet rite. All of which have no carbs, fats, sugars, or calories. I eat those wraps from mcdonalds with the grilled chicken, honey mustard and cheese. I eat two at a time...it feels you up and it's not very fattening! when I have an appetite, I'll eat a sugar free jell-o or a popcicle. it takes the edge off your hunger. And then at 6 p.m. every day except Saturday and Sunday, I go to the gym and stay til' 8 p.m. I'm sore as crap right now but I know that means it's working! lol. Wish me luck everyone! I'm really gonna do it this time!

    Good Luck. its great that despite falling off the wagon a bit you maintained instead of gained. I really like those sugar free jell-o pudding cups. They surprisingly don't suck. Go figure.
