I thought I'd compile my favorite low-fat foods & add to this list so that I can jog my own memory when I think I don't have options:

- Molly McButter cheese sprinkles (5 cal)
- Mrs. Dash
- Yogurt Parfait
- Cilantro Dressing (35 cal/2 tbsp)
- Egg Beaters
- Morning Star Tofu Sausages
- Spray Butter
- Vegetarian Taco Meat (Can't remember the name)
- Hard boiled egg
