Weighed in at 234 lbs. Day 1 (10/3/16). My goal was to be 175 lbs. by 5/1/17. Was actually 171 lbs. by that date. So I've since adjusted my diet and exercise regime to build muscle and lose fat. I'm continuing to see progress with the help of my SparkPeople app and this community.
Down 71 lbs. since last October. This is close to the summit of Mt. Galbraith outside of Golden, CO. It's a 4.3 mile lollipop lop trail with a 1000' elevation gain.The picture was taken last Labor Day weekend by a Michigan friend training for the annual 40-mile Crested Butte to Aspen Grand Traverse trail run. That week I ran this route five times, three times within 24 hours. Guess my OCD and ADD was on overdrive.
Hit my weight-loss goal in May and have maintained ever since. Down 71 lbs. in total. I know that tracking was instrumental in my success.
