233lbs. January 2020How many calories are in a fly?? Cause I just swallowed one!! ðŸ¤¢ðŸ¤¢Saw this on Facebook & thought I'd share here. This is a great way to get in some extra activity if you are stuck at home. My beautiful girl on our mile walk this evening. She loves to walk with me around the property. But she saw the neighbor's cow walk up to the fence line & she took off running! LOL! She's a Big Ol' Scaredy Cat!Don't be the obstacle in your life! YOU are your only limit! Get UP - Get MOVING & Remember to have a WONDERFUL day! 75 More to Go! 15lbs seems like such a HUGE deal to me right now! Stumbled across this today... (as I was looking for inspirational quotes to get my day going. Yes, I try to do that every morning.) I read this one... re-read it, and re-read it again. LOVE it!5 Weeks - NO SODAS!!!
Really don't even miss them. Didn't realize it had been so long. LOL3 Weeks -NO Cigarettes!! This one was a little tougher to give up & kick the habit. I'm feeling so much better though & can breathe easier! We are our ONLY obstacles! BELIEVE in YOU!Did a full 30 minutes on the treadmill (1.5 miles)!!! Big accomplishment for me! I couldn't do that 2 weeks ago!! Making small steps to a BIG goal! 15lbs DOWN & 75 more to go!!We had a little Filly on the farm this morning! She and Mom are doing GREAT!Today is my REST DAY & it sure was hard NOT to workout! LOL! Today was a GREAT day!!! Got in ALL my exercise and cleaned house too! Didn't get as much done as I had planned today. Have a HORRIBLE cramp in my neck and a headache to go with it. Plus I cannot stop coughing (from quitting smoking)... just wasn't feeling it today. You have to change your mind! Think POSITIVE! BE POSITIVE! Think YOU CAN & YOU WILL! BE DETERMINED! BE ACTIVE!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!Just did my workout on the treadmill. My goal was 1 hour today...
