I practically burnt the things this time out of frustration and they are still like limp noodles! I toss with olive oil and seasonings and bake for about 10-15 minutes on each side at 400-475 (I've been trying different temps) but they just aren't crispy! Any body have any advice? Had some bananas that were very ripe (not gonna make it another day or two) so I mashed it up with a scoop of the Vega cold brew coffee protein powder.... it is delicious! Especially when I have a bit of a sweet tooth. The banana made it extra sweet. #dessert
