How often does everyone weigh themselves? I know that you can't weigh yourself daily and then take the average so is there a benefit to weighing that often? In the past weighing too much has caused me to have set backs. I would weigh, then on the day that I recorded my weight for the week I would be up from my lowest point, and it was discouraging. Anyone else experiencing things like that?
