PS - I can't stand my arms!!! Who has a good arm toning routine???Finally got to go jogging again for the first time since contracting Lyme disease, which was just about a month ago. Took it slow, but I'm feeling good!Balsamic chicken and mushrooms got me feeling really healthy tonight!

We have tomatoes, hot peppers, sweet peppers, yellow squash, zucchini, cucumbers, green beans, and more! I'm also going to try my hand at pickling this year!Found a new park to explore, this one complete with stairs!Made some Cheesy Spinach Enchiladas for dinner! There's an old gazebo on our property that we just cleaned up, so I think this is going to be my new setup! I generally use the Yoga with Adriene videos on YouTube. 5/17/18 at approximately 260 lbs.Took a wonderful/tough yoga class this morning at my local studio!
