On December 24th, we took our 5 and 9 year old grand kids to the park. We challenged them to run a course going up and down the play ground for 10 laps and then running 3 full laps around the play ground. The 9 year old hated the lap running but they both had a blast and so did hubby and I. We rested and did the routine in reverse.
is working on replacing and old fence. Spent 40 minutes carrying wood from front yard to back. 2600 steps and 240 calories just in that. Full body workout. I am sore and bruised.
