Starting over in 2018. New to SparkPeople. Lost 90lbs in 2015 using MyFitnessPal , but I injured my back last September and gained weight. At 240lbs I could barely walk a half mile... I went from that, to 150lbs. and running 6 miles an hour, Body Combat classes, Spinning, arc training, Zumba, body Pump.... lotsa workouts. Now I’m unable to. Chronic pain, grieving and inactivity have made the past 5 month very challenging. Could use a fresh start and some supportive new friendships.

Here I am (left) back in 2008? about... and (right) this past fall before my back injury. I’ve gain since then.. My goal is to get back to that. It took a lot of cardio to get there, so I’ll have to try a lot harder on the diet end this round. Time to get serious. Can’t make progress by feeling sorry for myself. Right?! 💪💫🤗
