Vacation June 2016Vacation June 2015Comic con may 21, 2017 @ 382, day one for me was easy, day two, yesterday was harder, carrots were my friend. Today has been easier again. I think yesterday was just an emotional day and when I am emotional, I eat.Me to my biggest. Been working on my weight again for 5 days now.Went on a walk at the pisgah marsh broadwalk. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Love when I can get out and walk at beautiful places like that. They get so excited, when they see the scale go lower. I love my nephews so much. I jogged for 3 mins of my 1.03 mile. Something simple and yummy.Never hit 10, 000 steps on my fitbit, did it before midnight. Now I owned a misfit shine 2 and could hit it. There were out of hills with pretty good inclines, it was rough, but I did it.Turkey sauasage, skinny bread and green pepper eggs.These are amazing!!!!!Went on 2 walks, because the first walk was at a marsh and bugs bugs bugs, were eating us alive. My sister and my niece went with me, but I dropped then off and decided I wasn't done. So I went for a mile one on my own so I could think.Yummy breakfast! Skinny cinnamon raisin bagel with honey pecan cream cheese and cantaloupeWow, I don't even feel like I have lost anything. When I look at myself in a mirror, I don't see it. But I will listen to the scales.Walked further than this, but I forgot to turn my fitbit to exercising/walk and the gps. But it was a good walk.At very corner or where there was a corner, I would stop and do 15 squats.First top corner, is my face picture at 387 pounds and the bottom right corner is at 359 lbs.Dinner 4 Oz of pork chops and a bunch of zucchini, squash and green pepper.I know there isn't much of a difference, but I thought I would post it anyone. When I see this I was a little depressed and almost gave up, but I have come to far, to turn back now. One day at a time.My 3 year old nephew and I went for a walk. It was only supposed to be a mile, but they are adding new trails and walkways at Merry Lea nature center and we got lost in the woods. We ended up walking 1.8 miles. He keeps pushing his aunt. And I just love him dearly.Walked with my 3 year old nephew today. He was so excited about walking with me. I am getting back on track thus sunday. I know I have posted I was going to get back on track before, but I let me emotional stuff going on with family, keep me from doing me. Spent 1 hour working out at the y, spent 25 mins on the treadmill, 25 mins on the nustep, the rest of the time in the rapid room, working on strengthen and it kick my rear today. So I am making progress.My lunch.I am smiling because I got this. I have so much motivation now, because of reading all the stories and post about home people are doing and what weight they have lost. I am also happy to receive the support from people on here. He really pushes me. When i wanted to quit, he wouldn't let me. Got to this hill and i wanted to turn around, but he told me he had faith in me. So i couldnt let myself or him down, so i pushed through it. Love my nephew so much.My nephew Kyle and Maxton are my everything, could not to this without them. They are my biggest supporters.My nephew Maxton and I took advantage of the nice weather today and we walked the park 1.7 miles. Just doing what I need to do. Making myself important.Wasn't even embarrassed to be in a swimsuit. I went river tubing. It was such a workout. Especially, in the low areas. I would push us from the rocks, so may look like I was relaxing, but it was a lot of work too. Something that I have never done. He has been pushing me and I love it.Went to my first NFL game last night. I had all my steps in before the game even started. Then I burned over 4,000 calories!!!! That was the best I have ever done.My doctor wouldn't okay me doing the keto diet, but he will let me do a low carb. So that is what I am trying now. I just get tired of the ups and downs and all the restarts.Since October 11, 2018First walk in a while, wanted to walk a mile, but I cam in short. Maybe next time!Went and did a foot detox today. It was the first time of me doing it. It was amazing. Made an appointment for two weeks from now to go again. We will be doing the Himalayan salt Crystal Cave and another foot detox.Sirloin burger, with green onion cheese, spinach, tomato, onion, mustard, katchup and mayo, no bun.
