Meal prepping. Have sweet & sour chicken meatballs with roasted potatoes and broccoli, then cabbage and kielbasa (both about 350 calories per serving). My high 4 years ago was 299.
Initial goal weight is 185, and all my clothes fit.

128lbs gone. I logged my food, even when over budget, and blogged out my feelings instead of eating or drinking them.Small portions of my favorites and I brought mini-desserts. Even if I had over indulged, like I did last year, I didn’t get hung up on it. I should cook turkey again soon, though.Fighting the urge to eat when I know I’m not hungry. The stress is temporary. Portion it out into 4oz servings in freezer baggies. Great to add to omelettes, tacos, mix with beans for a burrito, top a salad, add to pasta with veggies, etc.

620 calories for 3 turkey/quinoa tacos on low carb 60 calorie tortillas. I'd usually have 2, but had a small breakfast.Quick lunch, came out to about 300 calories. 70 for whole grain bread, 80 for cheese, 90 for ham.

Used a flavored light cheese wedge instead of sliced cheese. Chicken sausage instead of pork. Bagel thins instead of bagel or croissant. And I add a bit of Cuban seasoning for color in my egg whites.
Tip: the whole grain bagel thins have the same amount of protein and fiber as the white bagel thins, so don't forget to compare.

OMFSM, I never thought I'd see the day.
Started in 2014 with a BMI of 45.5 (Obese Class III), and today I'm down to a BMI of 30.0 (Overweight).
My goal weight is 185 (I'm 5'8"), which is in the Overweight range.
I don't think I'd care for being Normal (125-164), but, we'll see how I feel once I get to goal and how I maintain.BACK IN ONEDERLAND!!!
Still remember being in chat over a year ago and seeing others post their victories. It helped keep me going.
My ex-husband is stressing me out, which steals some of my happiness from the victory and knowing I'm not going as healthy on this as I had been. ~sighs~

Okay, I did not stay within calorie budget all 300 of those days. BUT, I did track everything, so I knew when I went over and by how much, quickly forgave myself and got right back on plan without punishing myself.

#mobilechat550 calories for two burgers my way, 900 calories the way my teenager prepares his... but even his way is half of a restaurant burger and lower in saturated fat.
I cut a turkey burger in half to make 2 and used one slice of cheese for both burgers on 80 calorie whole grain buns. Used a sauce of lite sour cream, ketchup, relish and seasoning instead of mayo like I'd usually do.
Really tasty and filling.
