YUM! So Good!Today's walk on the treadmill paid off by burning over 800 Calories! It's strange that I despise having to go workout, yet I feel AMAZINGLY accomplished afterwards.I'm allow to have this type of Burger & Fries!Because the app changes my caloric allowance & macros after I workout, I'm saving my base numbers.I made my entire days meals for today (and tracked/logged them), last night.I'm super stoked about these new-found healthy protein soups by Campbell's; called "Well Yes"... Do any of you experience lack of hunger in the evening (dinner/supper) hours?
I am scheduled to consume 1200 calories per day; eating breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an evening snack, and finally dinner. When I started, a month ago, this was easy to do. However, I know noticed that I am not hungry during my scheduled dinner time.
Am I supposed to eat anyway? As, I would be missing between 300- 375 in calories and a deficit macros?
Please help.I'm beyond fed up with coming to work on the weekends. I said I would help out - I didn't say this could be an expected weekly thing. Ugh!

I took this thermogenic and vitamin supplements years past; as advised by my fitness trainer, and enjoyed them. I've been wanting them for awhile but because they are a bit pricey I've put it off - electing to spend my "splurge money" on other things. I finally purchased them today. I'm excited and happy about that.I wasn't hungry at dinner, so I had a light side salad tonight.Daily, my goal is to make and act on choices that will bring me one step closer to my goals.It was another super busy day so I'm just now tracking my food (..stayed in my caloric and macro range ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) & doing things to acquire my Spark Points. Being that I still need to prep my meals for work tomorrow and lay out my clothes before bed, I'll make this community feed post short and sweet *AND* true: "You (and I) Got This!"My fiance thinks he's funny. He said he bought this sign to go in our bar area because it reminded him of me and my nightly dinner salads. He claims my dying worlds will be, "Wait, I have to make my salad." (Shaking my head)
So funny, I forgot to laugh (¬_¬)ﾉI came across this great website and app. It rates and grades foods on the market and explains why said foods are healthy or unhealthy. I'm really glad I found itmSometimes the process of losing weight and living healthy can seem like and uphill battle with no real sign of major changes in your body. This is simply not true. Your hard work and efforts will pay off - I promise.
So, I want to remind myself, and also encourage you: stick with it, don't give up or give in. It's a slow process, but you will see results.Cajun Baked Catfish
My husband (or fiance rather) made fried catfish last night for dinner. Knowing I can't eat fried, he sat aside a two fillets for me to prepare baked - one for dinner and one for lunch today. I found an awesome recipe for Cajun Baked Catfish online that has the crispiness you'd get from frying it.
#ScoreI can't have cheat meals. They turn into cheat days, then cheat weeks, and before you know it, I've wreaked myself and my goals. So NO!Cutting calories doesn't mean you have to go hungry. Eat the right ((healthy)) foods, stay hydrated, make sure you're getting enough protein and fiber, stress less and get your rest.Yesterday, today, tomorrow and every day.Make your rest breaks between sets count!It's absolutely delicious; with a side of blackberries to round it out. 😋My inner self is a true tyrant!

Let me out of this prison called "work".I did a little over 2 miles on the treadmill this morning.Rest, relaxation, and recovery are important as well. I'm currently enjoying some "me time" before moving on to the next task.My Boo-Bear walked with me today. Great quality time together while getting a cardio workout in ❤I'm headed for a 6 mile walk on the trail at Busse Woods. It's beautiful, open, freeing and "fresh" there. Next to the beach, it is my #HappyPlace5.5 mile hike through Busse Woods in less than 2 hours today. I feel good! Goodbye 762 calories!Accepting Myself - flaws & allI took my Fiancé with me this time.
5.8 miles in an hour and 45 min.
