My husband surprised me earlier this week by reading more in how to help me heal with Graves Disease and deciding to take a more active role in the healing process. I am on day 4 of the rest of my life.
The answer to this today was Yes!!! I also took a before pic that I will post later as I am still mortified.
Going to try to make today better than yesterday. I skipped my workout yesterday but am determined to do one today!
Although I am still tracking everything, I am not going to worry about going over my goal as far as food goes. It is Saturday night and after dinner it is binge-watching time. Have a good night everyone!
So far so good today. Let's pray I do not blow it!
Good Morning, Good Morning, Good morning!!!! It is Wednesday - Finally!!! I have already completed a work out today and have plans to do more after work. I figured anything after this morning is gravy and will go a long way in relieving any stress I have today. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
I am controlling my Grave's Disease, not allowing it to control me. Time to take my body back.
I wasn't going to work out but then got inspired.
Woo Hoo!!! I did it! 1st day back in over a week. Also, I am tracking the cybex arc trainer as a gazelle with added resistance. Is anyone doing something different?
I have hit all my goals today...woo hoo!
Way over my calories today. I could not say no to Popeye's. I am so weak sometimes.
It's been a bad few months and I am a yo-yo right now. Need unspoken prayers from those who understand.

When you wake up one day and decide you are done with start/restart scenarios. You make a commitment and hope you can really stick with it this time. This is Day 1 of the rest of my life. (Excuse the messy bathroom). Yes, I got a great workout in.
Still my favorite go to snack. Celery and almond butter..yum!
