I joined the gym I have been dying to join as a reward for my 8.5 inches down!! I am in a scale black out so no idea about the numbers but I'm feeling better. I have gone to the gym every day for the past 4 days and I am so excited for the next few months to come. This place is a expensive gym but I love it so much is here and it's 24 hours. I AM STOKED

Last night was meal prep night! I got it all prepped and cooked and stored in less than a hour. This week will be easier to stay on plan.....even when my family has a dinner not on my plan I'm prepped and ready

Just started using a food program that makes portioned low carb meals with a changing menu every week that is cost effective....21 meals for 140. This is going to help me stay on track and not over eat!!! I am so excited just now starting week two!!
Snack time 3rd shift grind
Having a little of this container for snack at work! Fruit tastes amazing and is good for you but when you're trying to battle the scale it can be a catch-22 the natural sugar in the fruit when eaten in large amounts can slow down your weight loss and make results lower the saying everything in moderation goes even for the good foods
These have made making my boiled eggs so much easier no more pealing eggs for me ever! They just pop right out after boiling (make sure to use a light spray before dropping your egg in for easy release)
Helping a friend move in this Ga heat is a free work out
Even though I look sad I promise I'm just tired....this is my new favorite late night drink
Just portioned every box of cereal in the house....this will help me not double and triple the serving size during a free pour in the bowl

Down 20lbs since Sept. 28th
Down 20 lbs finally! From 255 to 235! I am doing a weight loss back to disney challenge with myself. If I win a bet I made I will be going back to disney around Christmas time. I want to loose a total of 75 pounds by then. I know I can do it I just have to find a way to focus more on the prize.
My husband is my biggest coach and partner in this battle of weight loss. #weightlosstodisney
#BeforeAndAfter Has only been a few seasons from fall 2018' to spring 2019' but I lost some weight and gained some muscle not even a full 20lbs but you can see a change for sure....I'm ready to light the fire and go big this year.

From 258 in sep 18' to 222.2 this morning I have finally hit 30+ pounds lost!!!! #BeforeAndAfter
As of this morning I have lost 30 lbs since sep 18'. I am coming in at 225lbs this morning. I have a goal for the month to be at 216 by the 13th of July there is still hope I will hit that number.
From 256 to 223.5! I am so excited to see the numbers go down even more. I am making sure to hold myself accountable now more than ever! I wanna be out of the 200's by halloween!
Focused and ready
Had breakfast and walked two miles with the hubby this morning. Amazing enough the shake is 300 or less calories and the lift off tea gives you energy and burns about a 100 calories. Hoping to stay on track this time around
Down six pounds more!!! Coming in at 224 today! Happy friday everyone
#BeforeAndAfter My phone will not let me upload the pic from october of last year but I was the same weight in a old photo so I used one already uploaded for th de visual. I have dropped 50lbs since october of last year. From 258 to 208! So excited and happy my drive has returned
