After 2 weeks I finally made 10K steps!
Over 10,000 steps 2 days in a row. I'm on a roll!👣🏃♀️🏆⏱
One foot in front of the other...
Have been doing this video for 2 weeks and nearly have it mastered. I really like walking at home. Now I want to amp up my workout with strength training so I've been watching various videos here on SparkPeople. Gonna start out with some beginner level stuff and move up as I go. I'm excited I can move easily now!
Down from size 22 jeans to size 16 jeans. Only 6 lbs to go to my next goal - to get below 200.
Goal met. Below 200!! Onward to the final goal.
