Day 8 of NO meat.... let's see how things go on Sunday(weigh in)...in the meantime..my current situation--oatmeal w a little peanut butter granola, my vitamins and water--off to a great Friday! ðŸ˜
What breakfast is looking like this morning--2scrambled egg whites w 1.5 cup of fresh spinach with a few black olives and a small orange sliced in quarters... with water of course
LUNCH: 1 cup of salad with 1 tablespoon of black beans, 1 tablespoon of corn, 1/4 cup of Tofu, with 4 crushed mini corn chips... with water!
DINNER: 1 cup of Sauteed broccoli with 1skinless chicken thigh and water
My favorite healthy 'go to' breakfast--plain oatmeal w bananas and a little half and half..*yummy*... doing great, feeling great.. still hanging in strongðŸ‘
