See this image largerHello Sparkers, I'm new to the group and hoping to lose quite a bit of weight. I currently weigh 235.8 lbs. (not very happy with this) hoping to get back down to 145 (my old military weight). Bought a new bike to help with the process. Wish me luck please. Thank you!See this image largerI'm literally walking 7 hours out of my 8-10 hour shift, feet are killing me, but this better pay off.See this image largerSo my friend and I who is also a vet, have a challenge going. We both served together in Bosnia and we know what we both used to look like and what we were capable of doing in PT, but oh how things have changed. Now I know why I'm in so much pain when I get home. Yes, I literally took 32,996 steps just at work. This doesn't include the mile + walk that I took before going into work. This better pay off. 😁See this image largerAlmost got 6 miles in on my bike. It was rough, but I did it. Longest plane ride of my life, I think I've cried this last pound off. Got back home and got on the scale and wala, I'm now under 230. Weighed myself last night at my home in Florida and I was at 230. Weighed myself at home in Washington now at 228. I'm so happy, it's all down hill from here.See this image largerGot out and did my Saturday biking. 5.5 miles done, going for 7 tomorrow!See this image largerYea! Moving right along...Down 13.2 lbs since May 18, 2017.See this image largerGot up earlier than usual after getting in from work after midnight, and managed to get a 1 mile walk in. Walked all the way to Starbucks and treated myself to a slice of their iced lemon pound cake. Unbeknownst to me, the damn thing is 500 calories 😵. Guess I'll only be eating half of it, along with my Strawberry refresher drink, which is 80 cals. I just used up all of the little calories I burned.See this image largerAlmost out of my 20's, YEA! Now I'm feeling super motivated. Spoke with my daughter yesterday for the first time since she left for boot camp. Just what I needed to lift my spirits.
