Getting my glasses. Been w/o for almost a year. Lost job, insurance, had no chance til today. I jumped at the open time slot. I am worth it. This one I can just dump the contents and refill inside.I got my pedometer so I can track steps.I also picked up a mini blender bottle.great for my yogurt smoothie. No I can whip it up and go. Plus, I don't have to make a big bunch for all and clean up. They can do one the way they want it.A Saturday off???? Nope there is always something to clean, repair or cook, then repeat. Good thing about today is spending more time with My Mom & Princess.I found stronger commitment from my SP Family. Just letting you know that I think you are all AWESOME. These are traditional meals for my family...just cooked with healthy options. Lean meats, no extra lard or fats. Using brotha and veggies. Better cheese choices. Its great, but am full. Can't believe I stated that fact. I hope it stays this wayReset, having a harder time staying on track. Too many things, items, appointments and tasks to complete, so I haven't been trying to complete this site.

When I start back on SP a few weeks ago..I misjudged my weight. I thought I was about 220, I found my scale. Am currently 235, I was at😱Today at 235.Getting better.Yesterdays food count.Had more veggies in my meals. This past week...I had not eaten bread or tortillas. Sub'd Lt. Rye wafers or corn bread and I have more energy.Still at 222 lbs. Which am glad.Saturday sick.
I had a major sinus attack this morning. It put me in the bed for another 8 hours of sleep. DH and Daughter took care of Mom. When I got up, I gave her a bath and change her bed. DinnToday's report.Posted a goalMy big workouts these past 2 days have been my pounding the blocks in search of a car. Got one today. Going to add a bike rack. Feel bad for Mom & DH, are in pain yesterday's stormI remember school lunch time. My class was the last to enter. We got the last of anything and we had to rush to finish. I uaes to pour salt all over my food so others wouldn't want to steal off me.Its hot today, so I decided to get dressed up a bit to go see ENT. for updates. Need to break out of my humdrum ways. Got to be more positive and feel better about myself.
