I'm almost to my " fit body " maybe 8 more pounds before I'll start to lift weights and build muscle

I was 170 one time but never recorded it but from a starting weight of 163 First month: down 13 pounds Second month: 5 Third: 10 pounds Fourth ( now): 4 pounds
