I joined Gold’s Gym yesterday and today was Day 1 of my 90 days to #MyBestSelf! I’ve been able to lose nearly 50lbs with THRIVE (I’ve been Thriving over 3 years now) and NOW I want to be as healthy and toned as I can at 51yo! I KNOW I can and WILL do this!
Day 3/90 BodyPump class this morning! First timer and I made it through the 60mins class! #OneStepCloser
I’m still sore from BodyPump class, but I’m told that’s a good thing! I WILL push through the soreness!!!
Day 6/90: #NewYearNewMe 1-2-3 THRIVE + Activate and I’m gettin’ it in! Some progress is better than no progress! #GoldsGym
