You all were right! My "Onderland" day was closer than I thought! 😁🤯 You guys. I did it! ♥️⭐💃I took a social media break for a while! But I haven't given up on my goals. I decided to return to SP, but abandon FB+IG (too political). Here's my dinner! 3 oz of chicken, 60 grams of broccoli, 1 cup of cauliflower rice. 😋 I've lost 53 lbs so far. At San Luis Rey Mission, worshipping God and being grateful for life and health. ✨ Living this healthier lifestyle has made me realize that I truly believe the strength given to me through my Lord. I could not have gotten this far without my faith! ✝️Our youngest with our cat. 😻🐈🐾 Also, question for you all... I'm still on my weight loss journey, ok. But I want to try for our last baby (#4). I still have another 40 ish lbs to lose before I'm considered an 'ideal' weight/bmi for my height. I'm 31 years old and I just want to be DONE having little kids already lol The question is - should I just start trying NOW while I continue losing weight oooorrrrr should we begin trying once I reach my goal body fat %? 🤔Sometimes you just want to eat homemade strawberry cobbler! 😋Dinner is served! 😋 Protein and veggies. When I was 252 lbs in Feb 2018, I wasn't even able to tie my shoes! 🤯 Now I go to yoga 3x a week and can do fun things like this! 💃❤️Starting to track my flexibility! This is the start. I've been doing yoga now since January. I can finally touch my fingers behind my back! Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement! I'm one pound shy of 50 lbs lost! I've been in a calorie deficit most of the time for the last year and done enjoyable excercises. 😎 I always remind myself of the "why" I am doing this and also not constantly restricting myself, so I get to eat cake when an event calls for it. LolBeing silly today with an awesome 🌈 behind me!This makes 47.2 lbs down! 🎉💃 Calorie deficit and enjoyable exercise! That is what has worked for me. 😁So I took a break from weighing in during January. I was stalled at 206 lbs during December; I needed a mental break! But I've lost 46 lbs since February 5th 2018. I started this journey in Feb 2018 at 252 lbs.
