I went to a Valentine’s Day brunch with a ladies group I belong to today and had a great time. It’s always fun - good times with laughs, a gift exchange and food. I didn’t eat a lot but I know I ate poorly. The rest of my day is at home and more manageable so it will all work out. Learning (relearning) how to balance things out.
I took some time this week to reflect on my journey and my successes and "failures." I read some of my blogs during my journey (I'm still surprised by how many I've done!) and it helped. It's the process and the journey, not just food but ME. More in my blog...

Had a good morning today! Did a 30 min Yoga video; at well and generally off to a good start. Having a little Snapchat fun and saying 👋🏻 #goodmorning #sparkday
*sigh* Lost myself and my motivation this um... month. Time to get April on track.
This was my main goal this week. It’s unrealistic for me to expect a weight change so I put it out of my mind. Instead I’m focusing on how good I feel about myself. 🙌🏻

Workout this morning and feeling good about my day. I like changing my workouts up and doing something different each day. Today was “suspension” aka TRX full body. My arms may not function tomorrow though!

Saturday and a nearly empty gym all to myself for leg day
Looking forward to digging into my breakfast today. Made this a few days ago and having it again. Whole wheat toast, 1/2 an avocado and mango pico de gallo (store bought pico de gallo and I added the diced mango). It’s been a good week and I hope to end it the same way it started. I hope your day is going well!
Morning walk done!! Down 1 lb this week and learning to embrace the journey and a healthier way of living and not focusing on the weight. Not gonna lie - helps to see that scale move and my pants fit a little less snugly! Have a great day!

New haircut - won't ever look quite like this again! Not unless Lindsay comes to my house each day.
First time I've actually taken a full view of myself. This is at 38 pounds GONE! Close to goal!
