Daughter in emerg - has been in crisis since Sunday with visits to walk in clinic, calls to mobile crisis and then our family doctor - hoping she gets a crisis bed tomorrow for 3 to 5 days to stabilize. It's been a long hard road (she's BPD and has suffered with this since 2013).
Walking/exercise keeps me sane! Going strong with #SoberSeptember (and beyond) as I choose to #LoseDaBooze for the rest of this year! Feeling awesome being back to my sober way of living after allowing 59 days with drinks since May of this year. Finishing the calendar year with 306 Days AF compared to a few years ago when I only had 65 Days AF in a year! Now that's PROGRESS!Getting ready for Walktober!
