Hubby and I walked a 7k (2B) tonight for our wedding anniversary and then enjoyed dessert at Dairy Queen. Much healthier than dinner and a movie.

Got out of work late. Took a walk instead of driving home to drop off my stuff and heading right back out for a meeting. Now I'm off to my meeting after making a healthy choice. 😊

Happy Monday! 250 calorie breakfast of black coffee, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and a banana-egg-egg white pancake.
Another 250 calorie breakfast. Black coffee, large peach, .5 cup egg whites cooked in one tablespoon of butter with a cup of fresh spinach and quarter cup of green onions. If you don't need the fat you can save 100 calories by ommitting the butter.
Large 450 calorie breakfast today. Polish sausage, power cakes with syrup, large peach and black coffee. Relaxing after a 90 minute walk.
Was feeling like maybe i should eat more but not feeling hungry so i took a look at my nutrition report. I think im good for the day.
400 calorie breakfast. One egg, .25c egg white, 2 c fresh spinach, 2 oz fresh mozzarella, handful cherry tomatoes [picked this morning], whole wheat toast, .5 T low sugar orange marmalade, and black coffee.
Large 550 calorie breakfast. .25 c scrambled egg, .25 c hashbrowns, .5 oz sharp cheddar, 2 strips bacon, 2T salsa, flour tortilla, 2 pc honeydew melon, and black coffee.
This is the brownie in the kitchen at work that I'm not going to eat. 250 calories and 13 grams of fat.
500 calorie breakfast. 1/2 persimmon, 17g Turkey sausage, 1/3 c egg white, homemade waffle, and 1 T plum syrup. Planning on soup for lunch so I can eat what the family eats for dinner.

Stepping out for a morning walk. Short on time so not as long as usual but better than not going at all.

What types of exercise do folks do outside and at home in the afternoons? I need to replace my 45 minute morning walk with something. (New puppy can't walk that long, yet.)
